Critical Security Fix - Exploit underway - InstallSite Newsfeed

On February 10, 2004 Microsoft released a fix for a critial security vulnarability in Windows. Today the first malicious programs that exploit this vulnerability are being reported.

Affected are Windows NT/2000/XP/2003. Not affected are 95/98/Me.
There are no workarounds or mitigation measures other than installing the patch immediately. Or as some security experts put it:
