Hi,
Further to my last call for help.
I am using install shield 5.5 and have a problem with getting my program to show in the Start/Program’s.
I adapted the VB template and that works fine but when I start from scratch the program seems to work fine, all the files are transferred but in the Start/Programs it show’s Empty.
Can you point me in the right direction?.

Do you have AddFolderIcon in your script? That's the function that creates the shortcut. (I'm not sure if there's also a tab in the IDE to create shortcuts in your version of InstallShield)

Thank you for your help. I found it in the Tree Veiw of Resources in shell objects/explorer shell _ right click add new.
