Hi there
I am looking for a windows installer product that will download and install the .NET framework if the user does not have it installed already (preferably not based on MSI technology).
Does anyone know of a product that may do the job?

There are a couple of bootstrappers out there that can do that. InstallShield has one, Visual Studio also includes one (if I recall correctly), two others are listed at http://www.msifaq.com/a/1036.htm
