Hi,
I have an installation which uses a deferred CA (VBScript)
Uptill now I didn't had any problems with the installation. But since last week on most of our machines the installation didn't work anymore. After debugging the installation I found out that the CustomActionData which is passed to the VBScript is empty. On some machines it still works perfect.
Is there any explantation for this?

Perhaps it is empty. Check a log to see if the property with the same name as the CA is defined.

No, it's not empty. I ran the instalaation with a log on a machine where it goes wrong and on a machine where it works fine. In the log, the properties are set.
It's both the same installation with the same parameters.
Very frustrating!
