Hi, I'm using Visual Studio Installer,
My msi is an install per-machine (ALLUSERS=1).
Is it possible to create a shortcut on the desktop only for the user who's installing ? (with VSI or Orca ?)
A little detail, OS is Win NT/2000/XP. Because on 9x and Me it's always like this.
Thanks...

Hi !
Thanks for your response, but if I put (or let) ALLUSERS to NULL, installation becomes per-user.
It may be a little strange but I want to have only one shortcut for the user installer (on Win2000,NT,XP) because it's like that on old systems 9x,Me, on order to have a conforming with all systems.
But It's not very important...thanks again.
Another big problem I discover is this one:
How to enumerate installed (per-user) products of all users ?
Because it's impossible to uninstall a product installed by user A with user B even if user B is administrator !!!
do you know ?
See you
