I have been getting the following on 2 separate MSI packages on one machine:
ICE03 FAIL ICE Internal Error 1149. API Returned: 1615.
ICE03 FAIL Error 2228: C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ICED52.tmp, _FtrRef, SELECT `Table`, `Column` FROM `_FtrRef` WHERE `Table` = 'Property' AND `Column` = 'Property'
The table varies. Sometimes it is TypeLib, sometimes Extension etc.. The packages validate and work fine but this error is bugging me. Any ideas?

Stop press! Found the link for the API Error Codes. Should have read the forum further...
