Hi

Please help- this is kinda urgent!

I have an installer which needs run on customer's servers. During an installation on most platforms though, we are getting a completely blank message/error box appearing, at the point in the installer where is says "preparing to install".

I have tried doing a log of the installer, but this message is appearing before the logging starts so I have no idea what is going on

Can someone help please? I need this fixed very quickly .....

Must be an Install Condition which fails during installation. Try adding a message in the Message column of the install condition. The message box will now have the message you entered. Install conditions can be seen under General Information - Product properties.
