Feature not being installed

In the project I am working on we have a feature that is not being installed when it should be. The problem is occuring only when installing to a Win NT Server machine. All other OSs work fine, including 2000 Server. Are there any known issues/bugs that may be causing this? Or, does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried producing a log file of the installation? Studying it might tell you what the installer was thinking when it decided not to install this feature.
msiexec -i Whatever.MSI -l*v C:\Whatever.log
