How to create patch

I need to create a patch. and i follow the exact same procedure described in msdn. but after i ran the command msimsp.exe -s ..... It gave me a error code
0xC00E5123. what this error means?

With Windows Installer command-line patch creation utility MsiMsp.exe you can output details in log.

For more info of command-line switches try:

CODE

msimsp.exe /?
