How do I create a shortcut in the START menu?

I can't figger out how to create a shortcut in the Start menu for one of the executables I am installing on a user's system.

Hi,
1. Go to the "Configure the Target System - Shortcuts/Folders".
2. Rigth click on the "Start Menu" and select New Shortcut or New Folder and enter the name on this shortcut.
3. Go to the right panel of this view and set properties, like this
Component - [YourComponentName]
Target - Advertised shortcut to[DestinationPathOfTheFile]
Icon - [PathToTheFile]

[YourComponentName] should be a component with one file into it, set it as a key file.
{PathToTheFile] should be a path from which you put this file into your project.
