Does Installshield 11 work with Windows Vista?
The documentation for v12 is vague. "Ability to Target Windows Vista Systems" is promised but I can't tell whether v11 will do this or not. I can't imagine that we are going to need a lot of the new features that they are talking about so if our current version works then we'll just stick with that.
Any ideas anybody?

Setups created with IS 11 should work on Vista, but you cannot use Vista specific features, and you can't identify or filter on Vista OS in InstallScript. Also users may have not the optimal user experience with regard to UAC because the setup won't have a manifest.
