Is there anyway to create a custom skin for your setup's UI? I want to add my logo and change the color scheme from what is currently available in the Skin list.

Currently there is no Skin SDK, and I don't know of a way to hack the skins.
As far as I know InstallShield plans to publish a skin sdk (but don't know when). Somewhere (in the IDE, help or release notes) there's a link where you can request additional skins or an sdk. The more people ask for the sdk the earlier they will create it...
