Basic MSI project in IS developer 7: when I display a dialog with scrollable text (such as a license agreement), I specify the File Name, and can see the contents of the file in the InstallShield user interface (edit dialog layout).
When I run the project the actual text does not appear. The control is enabled, and I can change the alignment, size, etc. It just won't pull in the text for some reason.
Any ideas if I am missing something, or could this be a bug in my version of InstallShield? Thanks.

This typically happens if your text isn't a real RTF file. Open in Wordpad and save as RTF.
