Need to splash a .bmp up on execution of app

if anyone can write a brief tutorial on how to get a splash screen to show when setup is clicked on i would appreciate it, i am at wits end with documentation, help files and newsgroups.

I do not know if this helps
you can create an exe that makes your Splash screen then call installer. if you want splash full screen then leave running. and run *.msi on top.
