Hi,

I am facing a very abnormal problem with my InstallShield Project. Today, I just opened my project and it throws the following error:

Error while parsing C:\InstallShield 2011 Projects\SCOM_Plugin_Installer\SCOM_Plugin_Installer.ism: Line 35; Column 13; The element 'codepage' is used but not declared in the DTD/Schema.

Failed to create the project file in binary format

I guess you project file format is set to XML. It seems like your project file may be corrupt. Please make a copy of the .ism and open it in a text or xml editor. Check the error location and see if you can fix it.
