No. InstallScripot MSI requires that the instalaltion is started using the setup.exe.
There's a workaround documented in the InstallShield knowledge base, but it cvan have ill side effects.
So if you are a setup developer and your customers want to delpoy using GPO: use Bsic MSI instead.
If you are a system administrator who needs to deploy a third party package using GPO: yopu can try the workaround, or aks the third party to build the package using the "Basic MSI" project type.
