Using InstallShield 5.0 on Windows XP SP1
Cannot run Tuner. When launching Tuner, I receive dialog box:
iside - Class not registered>
Can't uninstall InstallShield either error: 1713.

I guess you are not running the old InstallShield Professional 5.0 (from 1995 or so) but AdminStudio 5.0? In this case I'll move yuor question to the AdminStudio forum.

Can you perform a repair install of AdminStudio?

repairing does not correct the Tuner problem with class not registered.
uninstalling error 1713:
InstallShield AdminStudio
Error 1713:InstallShield AdminStudio cannot instsall one of its required products. Contact your technical support group.

Hi ,
I have the same problem.. admin Studio 5.5 everything was working properly. But now i cannot start Developer.. (nothing happens when i start) and when i start the tuner i get: Iside - Class not registered. When uninstalling Can't uninstall InstallShield either error: 1713..
Can anybody please help..
