Unable to set execution level in Patch Design

Hi,

I'm using Patch Design from InstallShield 2008 - Premier to build a patch "Update.exe".

On Windows 7, the patch "Update.exe" works properly ONLY if launched using the command "run as admin".

Both latest & previous setup's "setup.exe" are set to "Admin" execution level.

I know InstallShield 2011 contains a new feature to specify execution level for patch... Is there any other solution than buying the last Installshield version?

1 build update.exe without digital sign.
2 use isreman.exe tool to change the manifest for Update.exe
3 digital sign update.exe.
