Hello,

We are seeing a problem with a messagebox popping up in the middle of our InstallShield 12 Pro InstallScript single-executable installation that is titled "Setup needs the file <setup_name>.exe" and states "Specify the location of the file <setup_name>.exe to continue". When we click the okay button, the installation continues without error.

Our installation executable was running fine, then a few days ago we started seeing this issue after a rebuild. We are seeing this behavior on any machine that the setup.exe was deployed from. We do NOT see this behavior on the machine from which the setup.exe was built.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be causing this issue and how we can prevent this messagebox from appearing on any deployment environment?
