Hide text in ISWI 2.03 based on install status

How do you place a condition on a text area in ISWI 2.03? I want to show the readme text in the setupcompletesuccess dialogue only when the product is being installed and not after the uninstall has completed.

Each control on every dialog, has a conditions tab available for it. You can set it to hide and disable etc. This should solve your problem.
