I'm currently using InstallShield Pro 7.0 and we were about to release a

japanese version of our application.  My problem is, i don't know how to

create an international version of installer.  I've already tried downloading

a Language Pack 6.30, but when i tried installing it, it says that i need to

install InstallShield Pro 6.31.  I'm confuse, since i'm using Pro 7.0 to my

previous projects then i'll be asking to shift into Pro 6.31.  Does

InstallShield have a Language Pack 7.0? What was the latest version of their

Language Pack? Does it support Pro 7.0?

It would be a great help if someone help me with this.  Will be releasing our

application this week, so please help me with this issue.

You tried to install a maintenance pack for a version 6 language pack, which obviously failed. You need a version 7 language pack:
