Hello,
I've tried to create an UAC patch.
MSIs created with IS2010 on XP
MsiDigitalCertificate with a unique name e.g. hugo_2009 and signed file.
MsiPatchCertificate created with e.g. hugo_patch and my certificate name hugo_2009.
MSP created with SDK tools 4.5.
MSI and MSP signed.
Tested on W7.
But the patch wants an admin user.
DisableLUAPatching isn't set.
The cashed package includes the two certification tables.
The package is installed with ALLUSERS=1.
The MSP is signed.
What's wrong?
What's missing?

I think, I've found the problem.
In the MsiDigitalCertificate table, don't use a certified file, but a CER file.
I don't know, why a certified file is accepted.
I've extracted the CER file from the certified file.
Well, that's it.
