I am having trouble displaying copyright and trademark characters in my installshield 2009 project. when I use the help i see the following:

For example, the copyright sign, ©, and the registered trademark sign, , are not ASCII characters, and require a special ANSI code page for proper display. Instead use © and ( r ), because these characters can be translated or transformed to the symbols for the English-language version.

Which makes it sound like if you put a string as( r ) when its run it will show the trade mark sign in english but it in fact just shows( r ). Am I doing something stupid here?

Is it possible to show the characters correctly?

edit* spaced out the parens to keep it from converting the character

I believe that no auto-conversion happens in MSI (as opposed to this forum, which keeps auto-converting, sorry)
