Hello,

I have encountered the following error during uninstall:

" Error Loading: C:\Progra~1\Common~1\Install~1\Engine\6\Intel3~1\Ctor.dll

The specified module could not be found "

This error only occurs on XP and cannot be reproduced all the time, but enough to worry about (according to the test dept.)
I am using IS 6.31.

I have read through many posts, and there does not appear to be any definitive solution.

Does someone have a solution for this seemingly lingering issue?

The supporting InstallShield engine is corrupted/incomplete. I suggest removing the folder "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Installshield\engine\6\intel32" as double clicking on setup.exe will regenerate its contents.

Also, make sure that XP is selected in the project settings as a supported OS.
