I try to build a setup for a Visual Basic Project. This setup should create a shortcut to the executable on user's desktop.
When I complete the installation, the user desktop shortcut link to c:\windows\Bureau and not to my executable.
I try the install on 3 computers (win95,win98,win nt4.0 workstation) and same result.

Here is the definition of my shortcut in VSI :
Arguments :
Component : ConsoleIDO.exe  'my executable file
Description :
Folder : User's Desktop             'read-only
Icon :
ShowCmd : vsiscNormal
Target : User's Desktop             'read-only

I download Orca to look in the msi file and nothing seems to be wrong.

Anyone can help me ?
