Hello there.
I was wondering if there was a command line tool which altered the database table directly within the MSI.
For example, I have a great number of MSI's which I need to change a common property. Rather than having to edit each msi and change the value in the table, is there a command line util that I can some way script to automate this task for me.
Thanks in anticipation.
Johno.

Yes, there's a VBScript sample in the Windows Installer SDK.
