Hi,
I'm using Installshield Dev verison 8. When I use to use Pro version 6, if I needed to modify the directory where a particular file was located, I opened the .fgl file and manually modified it as necessary. (Usually the directory would change like this: H:\DEVEL\7_8_1 to H:\DEVEL\7_8_2 ) I have no control over this method of distributing the files, so it was a snap to simply change the .fgl as I needed.
Now I'm in developer, and I can't find an easy way to do this without manually going into every single Component (I have 30) does anyone know of a way I can do a quick and dirty on this without this long process?
Thanks in Advance.
David

One option would be the use of path variables.
The other option is the direct editor.

Ok, I'm still a novice at developer.. where do I find the direct editor? I feel silly for not using Path Variables now!
