After Installation is successfully, the Reboot sometime show following error message
„the Applikation in „0x6603cc3b“ points to memory in „0x771b13b8.
The process “read” could not be executed in memory”
This takes no effect to the installation process.

I don't know what's causing this, but sounds like for starters you should compare the results (i.e. program files, system files, registry entries, etc.) of two installations (one good, one bad) and go from there.
For future reference, here's a utility which will track installation changes:
