Can installing programe can't be shown in control pad?(by using install shield6)

Huh? I'm not sure what you're asking here.
By chance, do you mean the installed program isn't being listed in Add/Remove Programs???

Delete the display name of the application under its Uninstall Key in the registry.[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\<YourUninstallName>] and it will nto show up in the Add/Remove programs.
