updateing status bar while useing launchappAndWait

Is there anyway to have the progress bar on a skined dialog update smothly while launching multiple setups silently?

You can only set the status bar onto a new value after the launched setup has finished (which means the status bar will "jump"). I don't have any clue of updating it smoothly in this case.
