Is it possible to embed language MSTs into MSIs and the specify using an msiexec parameter which one shall be used?
I read an article about embedding MSTs and then using the Windows language, but I need to use the language a user is selecting at the start of the installation.

MSIEXEC /i setup.msi TRANSFORMS=:mytransform.mst
So, precede the MST name with a colon to indicate an embedded transform.
