Anyone have a clue what is going on here?:

The error message is coming from custom action RestoreSetupParams in merge module with signature 2D02443E_7002_4C0B_ABC9_EAB2C064397B. Check the merge modules in your project (open them with Orca and look at the ModuleSignature table). Then ask the author of the merge module why his custom action would fail this way.

Just an FYI.....This is the SQLBASE.MSM

I won't bother asking the author anything since I cannot get anything out of Microsoft on these MSDE merge modules...and I have MSDN subscription...unbelievable.
