Is there a was to perform an app search conditionally? For example I do an app search on the registry to see an application path i put there. If it is not there I look in the drives for a particular file that gets left behind. If the first search is successful, I don't want to do the second. How can this be accomplished?

That's not possible but you can use different properties for the two searches.
