Trying to download and install label designing software from Cyberlink -Cyberlink LabelPrint. It seems to download ok but during the install processthe error message -- Error 1603 Fatal Error during installatiom -- appears. message appears after to get Windows installer help (msi.chm) or MSDM. Can anyone out there help me find a cure for this problem or is the program corrupted. Thanks in advance for any help you all can supply -- Bill

You would have to create a log (see my signature) to see what the real cause for the error is. 1603 is only the final result "install failed".
