Localized folder

I have an installation that needs to put a sub folder under "my documents". The folder name is "My Skins", and would most likely need to be translated. I could not find any documentation in the help, nor did i quickly find anything on the InstallShield site that would let me know how to do it.

Does anybody know the steps I would have to take to accomplish this?
