I got a config file to import and converted xml. I get the installsheild to install but as it finishes it errors out at xml rollback and does not install the application when it attempts to due a cliean up. Does anyone have any tips or things I can can try to get it passed

This won't help you out much, but i'm still going to say it.
Last time i used the wonderfull InstallShield XML update feature of InstallShield 10.5 Pro, it simply didn't work. There were several posts about this issue, which i found using google, telling me it wasn't going to work at all. Therefore i made a small vb script to update some settings. Not a real decent script, but it worked out.
