when I do a minor upgrade, I have a new shortcut , but old shortcut still exist
when I do a major upgrade, use uninstall previous installation way, one more entry added in add\remove program panel, old entry still exists

how to remove old shortcut and old entry in add\remove program panel ?
when I do a minor upgrade, I have a new shortcut , but old shortcut still exist
when I do a major upgrade, use uninstall previous installation way, one more entry added in add\remove program panel, old entry still exists

I use shell function to delete the shortcuts, it works,
but it seems the previous instsllation isn't uninstalled !
Is it the reason why the old entry still exists in add/remove program list ??
