I am using Installshield 2008 and I have a VB 6 DLL that I need to install and register but I am having trouble.
When I run the installer the DLL is copied to the proper location and I do not recieve any errors but the DLL is not registered properly.
I have to run regsvr32 after the install to make the DLL work.
Anyone else having this problem?
Sean

Try the self registration method. It works for fine to register naughty VB6 dll.
This option though is very well hidden. You need to go to the Files panel (somewhere inside the Components), select your dll file and do a right click. Select properties. A property window will pop up and select the Self Registered option.
