Hi,
I use InstallShield 7.02 create a Basic project.
When the installer run on some windows 98 machine, it display a funny message like "Msiexec.exe linked to unexited 222 in msi.dll", something like that.
I guess the window installer 2.0 is not installed properly befor my program get installed.
Can somebody tell me why?
By the way, I select delay windows installer installation reboot. Is this could be a problem?

Does it work after a reboot?
If you delay the msi reboot, and then launch msiexec (to perform a sub install), that might cause problems.
