Our product requires Java 1.4.1_02 which I included as a silent install within a CD FOLDER.
I would then check the registry during installation and if required perform a LaunchAppAndWait of the Java installation.
This has worked in Pro6, however after upgrade to DevStudio9 we get a CRC error during the final copy files stage. If you chose to ignore this the net result is that the data2.cab file of the silent java install is missing.
Oddly, if you run the install from within the IDE this error is not displayed and Java is installed.
I am at a loss...

I will be raising a bug report with installshield concerning this matter as I have now established that the problem only occurs if you produce a single file .exe installer.
