Is there a place I can get a list of properties to use while setting conditions for Custom Actions? i.e, Version9x and VersionNT are self explanatory, but how do I tell how to set ProductState, UILevel, REMOVE, Privileged, etc? Is there a list of all the standard properties?

Yes, in MSI Help (in Microsoft's Platform SDK or in the InstallShield Help)

Thanks, I looked and was able to find info on specific properties or a list of all the properties, but I couldn't find anything that had all of that information on one page. I'd like to have a central reference listing the properties and detailed instructions on they can be used conditionaly.

maybe I'm not searching on the right terms....

You can use any predefined property. You will have to look at the property list, then click the property you're interested in to see which values it can have.
