Hi All,
There is a chance to get the value for the property of Remove button from Add/Remove W2000 app and to use it as a condition inside a custom action?

If you click the "Remove" button in Add/Remove Programs control panel, your uninstall is launched with basic user interface, so you could check the ui level to detect this. (It is possible to start it with basic UI from command line, too).
