i really don´t find nowhere an answer, if im allowed to write with my setup into local settings\user\temp the files will stay there also on uninstall...
thing is InI want to certifie the setup for windows 2003 server.. that´s why i ask this cheap question... has anyone an answer for us?

In my understanding of requirement 2.7 you can leave behind temporary file in the user's TEMP folder. Note that your application cannot rely on these files at runtime but these coould the files that your setup needs temporarily. In general it is good practice to remove such files when you no longer need them.
