Hi all,
I'm having a few problems with DLA, it intermittenly disallows my JAI installation from going through, and also blocks the subst command on occasion.
On xp or 2003 server machines, I have the option of turning DLA off, which solves all my problems, but on a win2k machine I have to use the commandline argument DLA, but win2k seems to turn it back on on each restart.
further complicating things is the fact that I sometimes have to create a new user, which means I can't disable dla on that user's account.
Disabling DLA from a program run on the DVD is also worrysome to me. How did you guys handle this problem? anything other than copying to the hard drive?
thank you
