I have added a checkbox to the CustomSetUp dialog so that the user can determine which of 2 alternative versions of a particular feature they want to select. But I want this to be instantly disabled if the relevant feature is deselected.
Although I can set the Enable/Disable functionality to the feature selection state, the dialog has to be refreshed (by exiting & returning) for this to takje visible effect. I want an instant change when the feature is de/selected. How can I do this?
This is a major issue which I need to resolve soon.

I don't think this is possible in the current MSI version. Improvements to the feature tree control are planned for MSI 3.0 (expected end of the year).
The workaround would be to put the check box on a separate dialog.
