i can't uninstall ISScript8 there is a message : this action is valide juste with the installed product please help me to uninstall ISScript8.msi

I believe the ISScript8 setup is a special kind of setup that doesn't register with Windows Installer, hence windows installer is not aware that the setup is installed. In other words, the only way to clean out ISScript8 would be to open the MSI database and see what files it added to the system, and then manually clean out those files.
