Retreive installed/removed features list in the UI

In my project I have some features.
User can check it, using the standard CustomSetup dialog. If user check some feature I should display some configuration dialogs.
How can I retreive installed/removed features list in the UI sequence?
I used ADDLOCAL, ADDDEFAULT and REMOVE standard properties.
But I can use them only in the Execute sequence. In the UI sequence them empty.

Any ideas ?
