uninstalling patch from Add or Remove programs

hi,
I am currently using InstallShield 11 , Install Script MSI project.
Patch is installing successfully, updating the changed files, registry entry getting created
under [HKLM/SOFTWARE/Classes/Installer/Patches].
But their is no entry of patch in Add Remove programs.How can this entry be created??
The same entry is being created if I use InstallSheild Basic MSI project.
appreciate your help on this.

This may be a limitation of the "InstallScript MSI" project type. In general I recommend to avoid "InstallScript MSI" and prefer "Basic MSI".
