Could someone tell me how can I add a alias which its database path is related to the [INSTALLDIR]?
(I could only add one which its database path is a absolutely path,just like "c:\product\database")

Installshield provides the [DATABASEDIR] property in Express V2.13. You can enable a dialog to the end user to change the directory and you can use the property in the Pathspec for the alias.
If you are using V3.03, I do not think it is supported. In fact I am having problems with tthe V3.03 corrupting the "bdemerge.ini" file that it adds to the installation and the alias does not even install!!.
