I need MSDE to get my application working, so I added InstallShield object for MSDE 2000 to my setup project.
My English is not good enough to fully understand the EULA from Microsoft.
Do I need to get/buy additional license?

(Without actually reading the EULA) I would guess that you need to have a SQL Server Developer license, but not a EULA expert myself. You could try calling you local Microsoft subsidiary.

"Rights to use and redistribute MSDE" was described in a separate page, and the EULA was for those who got the rights.
I found the page after I got answers from Microsoft.
